JM RANCH SNAP RACKS — SHIPPING & PRODUCTION POLICY

Every JM Ranch Snap Racks product is handcrafted and made to order in South Texas. I build each rack myself, one at a time, rather than mass-producing or pulling from ready-made inventory.

PRODUCTION TIME

Production time varies based on current order volume, customization, materials, and design. Any production estimate shown on a product page or communicated after purchase is an estimate and is not a guaranteed completion or delivery date.

During high-volume periods, handmade orders may take longer. I sincerely appreciate your patience while your order is being carefully handcrafted.

 

STANDARD COWBOY HAT RACKS
Standard Cowboy Hat Racks are generally produced within approximately 3-7 days before shipment. This is an estimated production timeframe and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

GUN HOLSTER COWBOY HAT RACKS & CUSTOM BUILDS
Production times vary based on the specific build, current order volume, materials, and level of customization. Builds involving ranch brands or logos, special leather or hide, gun holsters, magazine clips, knife sheaths, or other modifications may require additional production time.

SHIPPING & TRACKING

Once your order is completed and shipped, a shipping confirmation and tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with your order.

Carrier transit time begins after production is complete and is separate from production time.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Delivery estimates provided by the shipping carrier are estimates only and are not guaranteed by JM Ranch Snap Racks.

Weather, holidays, carrier delays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect transit time after your order has shipped.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, we may not be able to change or redirect the shipment.
