Thank you for your order! Every JM Ranch Snap Rack is handcrafted and made to order. Please read below so you know what to expect after placing your order.

Made to Order

Each rack is individually crafted with care. Because of this, production times vary by product:

• Standard Hat Racks — Typically faster to produce due to streamlined production
• Gun Holster Cowboy Hat Racks — May take additional time due to high demand and the detailed craftsmanship involved

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right. Visit our Refund Policy for more details.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. If you're located outside the US and interested in our products, please contact us — we may be able to accommodate your order.
